Parts and Inventory: stocked for your convenience
Patterson Fuels does not practice the modern approach commonly used today known as just-in-time-inventory. We believe it leaves heating fuel customers vulnerable to a situation (such as severe weather or a power outage) where we would not be able to obtain a part needed to restore heat or hot water in an emergency situation. Instead, Patterson Fuels takes the old-fashioned stock room approach to our Parts Inventory.
What does that mean?
We maintain control of our inventory!
Rather than having to run to the wholesaler for parts everyday, our service team can simply draw their parts supply directly from our own parts department. This saves time and reduces the need for follow up trips for parts and equipment.
We decide how many of each part to have in stock!
Our extensive inventory of spare parts, just like our extensive fuel inventory, means we can still provide a timely and professional level of service to our customers- even during:
- Power outages
- Weather delays
- Sudden drop in temperature (which often strains older heating systems)
We shop for the best pricing on parts to Save Our Customers Money!
